The Account Coordinator position is a contractor, on-site role on a per project basis, working with Social Revolt teams across Content, Copywriting, Development, Design, and Paid Media. This is an experienced Account Coordinator who can produce content for social and web-based campaigns as informed by our Digital Strategist. This candidate will have a strong commitment to time management and ability to work across multiple projects.
This position is best suited for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years agency or relevant brand experience in a junior or senior Client Services role. This person will be able to demonstrate an innate ability to develop a culture of client service excellence in their current role. They will ensure Social Revolt values are maintained at the highest level and is held accountable to them. This person will work to secure and retain the existing client portfolio and ensure that opportunities to grow are identified and delivered in a timely and effective manner.
From time to time, this person will also assist with new business and respond to briefs and project manage the creation of pitch documents. This person will nurture strong client relationships and intervene with solutions to problems before they are escalated. They will ensure all campaigns under its leadership are performing to the highest standard.
